- Browse through our wide range of products until you find something you like. After you’ve made up your mind, select the relevant colour, if applicable.
- Once you’re done, click the ‘Add to Cart’ button.
- After you have added all the products, click on the cart icon on the top right. You can either choose to continue shopping or confirm the order and click ‘Checkout’.
- From there, you can either login to your existing Bauge account or simply continue as a new user, Register through E-mail, Facebook or Gmail and create one.
- Once you’re done, proceed to checkout, confirm your shipping address, and select the desired payment method to confirm your order by clicking ‘Place Order’
- Once you successfully place your order, you will receive a confirmation on your WhatsApp and email with details of your order and your order ID.
- You’ll receive another notification on WhatsApp and email once your order is dispatched. All you have to do then is sit back, relax, and wait for your pretty product(s) to arrive!
- At Bauge, ready-to-ship stock is usually shipped within 1-3 working days and is delivered within 3 -10 working days if the order is PREPAID and 7-10 working days if the order is COD.
- Every order undergoes a thorough quality check for zippers, compartments, and materials, then is securely sealed and packaged to perfection.
- Most of our items can be exchanged for a new color, size or entirely new model.
- We kindly request you to record a video of the unboxing process. If the package has already been opened, please place the item back exactly as it was received and then record the unboxing again.
- Please ensure the video is clear, showing all packaging details, seals (if any), and any visible damages. This will help us assess the situation accurately and take appropriate action and it will help us determine
whether the issue originated from logistics, the company, or the customer. - For products that can be exchanged, We Adopt a 3-DAY EXCHANGE policy as long as the returned products are unused, undamaged, and returned with all original packaging and tags.
If you are not able to find any other model fit in the present stock, you can easily return the product and opt for a refund as credit note. The balance of return amount will be refunded as credit points in your Bauge account. Bauge credits are valid for 3 months and can be availed on all new collections launched in the future, sales etc. Refunds in bank is not available. - Please note- Free gifts/ Products won or received in promotional offers, and products purchased on Sale cannot be exchanged.

Bauge offers a simple ‘NO QUESTIONS ASKED’ 3 days return or exchange policy to its customers. The customer can raise a request anytime within 3 days of delivery

If you opt for a return, you will get your money back in the form of store credits for the balance/whole amount which will be valid for 3 months.
We’re pretty stringent with our quality control, but occasionally something might slip through the cracks.

Do not worry! Sometimes our system gets flooded with new orders due to which there occurs a slight delay in updating the order details of the customers, also you will get the confirmation on WhatsApp and mail as well. Please be patient, your order details will automatically be updated as soon as the system issue is resolved.

Free gifts received with order and sale items are non-exchangeable
- The first step would be to check your bank account to ensure that your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 10 business days.

Yes, it is necessary to register and log in to your Bauge account to place an order. Guest users are not allowed to place orders.
- To find out when your order is arriving, you need to first log in to your account. Click on My Account> Track Order and you may see all the details regarding your order.
- After your order has been successfully placed, you will immediately receive a confirmation and order details via email. Once your products have been shipped, you will be notified again via email.
- In case there is any unusual event or complication that leads to a delay in shipping your order, you will immediately receive an update from our end with the reasons and the revised shipping and delivery timelines.
- If there are any other issues/ delays faced, or you need the order to be delivered urgently, kindly write to us at Support@baugebags.com and we will try to assist you in the best possible way.
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-3 working days of placement, once shipped, they are typically delivered in 3-5 business days to metro cities, and 4-7 business days to the rest of India. Delivery time may vary depending on the shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, cover restrictions, etc.).

Please Note:
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for cancellation once they have been booked for shipping.
- For prepaid orders, if the cancellation is approved, the refund will be issued in the form of a credit note, redeemable on future purchases at baugebags.com.

Yes, we absolutely do! You can email us with your order and design details at Support@baugebags.com We’ll also try and work out a discount for you, depending on the quantity of your order.
You can click on the ‘Forgot Password’ option when logging in, and the password reset link will be sent to you via email.
If a product goes out of stock while adding or after you have added it to your shopping cart then you will immediately be updated about the same, as you cannot place orders for products that are out of stock due to which you may receive an error while your checkout.
At present we deliver only in India. We are soon coming up with international shipping.
